    What every system records
    Dorothy: notified. Dorothy: has a car. She said it herself, and she meant it. On any delivery report in the country she is a green row, and the operator moves on to the next address.
    What Evocanda heard next
    "Do you drive at night?" ... "No. Not anymore. My eyes." One follow-up question, asked because the answer sounded brave rather than certain. She moves from a green row to the top of the ride list, by name and by address, before the wind comes up.

    Nobody wrote a rule for that. The call listens for the gap between what a person says and what they can actually do, and it asks again. That is the whole product.
